Wonderful Moments Of 2023 Aotong Goddess Festival Activities

On March 8th, in order to welcome the International Women's Day on March 8th, continuously enrich the cultural life of female employees, and allow them to spend a fulfilling, happy, and warm holiday, the company organized a "Nurturing Charming Women" Goddess Day reading club and yoga activities.
The book club focuses on how to efficiently communicate with women in terms of social and family relationships. It organizes all female employees to read books and share their reading experiences. At the same time, a bouquet of flowers is sent to each female employee, offering holiday blessings to everyone, allowing them to enjoy the joy of reading with the fragrance of flowers. Each female employee actively expresses their opinions and shares their thoughts. The book club also concludes in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
After the book club ended, a yoga experience activity was immediately launched, and all female employees put on comfortable sportswear and enthusiastically experienced the yoga course. Amidst the melodious and elegant music of yoga, everyone stared intently at the movements and stretched their bodies according to the instructions of the yoga teacher. Throughout the entire teaching process, the teacher continuously demonstrated standardized movements to everyone, emphasizing the need for regular breathing and concentration of consciousness in yoga practice. They also corrected everyone's postures, allowing employees to enjoy a confident, healthy, happy, and calm mood outside of work.
With the development of society, women have assumed more roles and responsibilities. They are not only the "virtuous helpers" at home, but also the "experts" in the workplace. They need to tutor children and take care of the elderly at home, travel and work, and balance work and family. It is very difficult and stressful.
