Performance description of wear-resistant steel plates

The chemical composition of the excellent wear-resistant alloy wear-resistant layer is as high as 4-5% carbon content and 25-30% chromium content. The volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in its metallographic structure reaches over 50%, with a macroscopic hardness of HRC56-62 and a hardness of HV1400-1800 for chromium carbide. Due to the vertical distribution of carbides in the wear direction, even compared to cast alloys with the same composition and hardness, the wear resistance is more than doubled.
